PAY, SCHEDULE, & BENEFITS We offer our techs an excellent wage of $22-$35 per hour plus commissions , depending on experience. We also offer great benefits and perks, including paid Vacation, paid Holidays, a flexible work schedule, and an IRA. Additionally, this position enjoys the use of a company vehicle! This is a full-time position, offering a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While some nights and weekends may be required when on call, the satisfaction of solving HVAC challenges and delivering exceptional service makes it all worth it! A valid driver's license with a good driving record - be ready to hit the road in our company vehicle! While 2+ years of experience and knowledge in the HVAC trade is preferred, we are eager to meet individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for the trade.
