As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Position: HVAC Service Technician Location: Central Ohio Position Type: Full-time Duties and Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency. Inspect, diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems proficiently, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits and packaged equipment. Provide accurate recommendations for repairs or replacements. Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities performed, including parts used and hours worked. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure proper care of tools and equipment. Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication and professional conduct at all times. Supporting team members and peers. Rotating on-call schedule Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: 3+ years' residential and commercial HVAC experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC technical training program preferred. Strong understanding of HVAC principles, components, and systems operations. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. EPA certification for handling refrigerants. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights. Ability to braze Experience with HVAC field service software, preferred.
