Parker Heating & Air of Parker, CO is looking to hire a full-time residential HVAC Service Technician to go into our clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS: Two years of residential HVAC Technician experience EPA Type II license and certifications (NATE certification is a plus but not required!) A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass periodic drug tests A desire to learn Ability to consistently commute to Parker, CO 80134 WORK SCHEDULE: Full time 8 hour shift Day shift (7:30 am-4:30 pm) Monday to Friday Some nights and weekends will be required during busy seasons On-call rotation is required every 4-8 weeks PAY AND BENEFITS: Annual pay of $50,000 - $160,000 Overtime opportunities 100%-paid health insurance 401(k) with up to 5% employer match Profit Sharing Plan Cash Balance Account (guaranteed pension) Flexible working hours Paid vacations Paid training Paid NATE certifications Annual Costco membership Friends and family rewards program Company events New equipment and vehicles 100% paid uniform service ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR SERVICE TEAM?
