Allgeier Air of Louisville, KY is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair our Customers' home heating and cooling systems as well as sell enhancements to increase their health and comfort levels. If so, please read more about this exciting HVAC technician opportunity! This HVAC Service Technician position earns $80,000 to $100,000/year + 10% commission , depending on experience and sales. Our HVAC service technicians are also eligible for generous benefits including commissions, bonuses, health insurance, dental, vision, an independent retirement plan (IRA), paid holidays, 52 hours of accrued paid vacation in the first year, 104 hours of paid vacation after the 2nd year, life insurance, a take-home vehicle, a cell phone, uniforms, a tool allowance, excellent training, and family social events .
