Flexible Scheduling, Paid Vacation, & Personal Days Company Paid Events & Gatherings Family First Company with a Team Atmosphere Take Home Vehicles for Service Techs (w/ newer model vehicles) Job Title: Experienced HVAC Service Technician Pay Scale: $50k-$70k, depending on experience and credentials Benefits: 100% Employer paid medical insurance for employee (family insurance provided at additional cost to employee), Vision, Dental, PTO, Tuition Reimbursement, Professional Development Assistance Work Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday (Rotating On-Call Schedule, Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion) Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent 3+ years of residential service and troubleshooting experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Demonstrate the willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes Must be knowledgeable about different troubleshooting techniques Knowledgeable of air balancing principles and techniques Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Experience making repair and replacement decisions Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and extreme temperatures Ability to operate power and hand tools safely Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds Enroll in HVAC courses and/or in-house training programs Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given Advanced customer service skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering Service Technician Qualifications Desired: Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School Universal EPA Certification service, service technician, service tech lead, journeyman service technician, tech, technician, journeyman tech, journeyman technician, service tech, top technician, top tech, top service technician, top service tech, hvac service technician, hvac technician, hvac tech
