Currently, we have an immediate need for an HVAC Service Technician to join our Clallam & Jefferson Counties Team . What we have to offer: Professional advancement opportunities 100% employer-covered medical and life insurance for employee Short-term/long-term disability insurance 3% simple IRA company match 6 paid holidays throughout the year Accrued sick pay starts on the first day of employment 40 hours of vacation after 1st year Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Paid training with senior-level technicians in Sequim, Monday - Friday, for 30-60 days to learn Air Flo Heating's processes and procedures. Possible overtime during the training period. Required Qualifications: Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record High school diploma or GED 06A or 06B Washington state license with at least 2,000 hours EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification Ability to use a ladder, work on roofs, and in crawl spaces
