HVAC Service Technician - Entry Level Able Heating and Air is a family owned heating and air conditioning company serving Culpeper and surrounding area. We are currently looking for an Entry Level HVAC service technician to join our team. Pay Rate: Depending on Experience Benefits: Medical Premium 50% paid by employer for employee, paid vacation, paid training opportunities, retirement option We offer: Career advancement opportunities Paid Industry Training Work from Smart Devices Uniforms Service Van Paid Time Off Health & Life Insurance Retirement Required Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent Valid driver's license Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder Ability to operate power and hand tools safely Enroll in HVAC course and/or in house training programs Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering Service Technician Demonstrate mechanical aptitude Qualifications Desired: Universal EPA Certification Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School Insurable driving record Possess tools needed service, service technician, service tech lead, journeyman service technician, tech, technician, journeyman tech, journeyman technician, service tech, top technician, top tech, top service technician, top service tech, hvac service technician, hvac technician, hvac tech
