Primary Job Function: Assist in maintaining the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Direct calls on a multi-line telephone, data entry, customer service, filing, invoicing, communication between departments, scheduling, and collections. This individual will also help other departments as needed or assist on specific projects. Pay: $18-$23hr, depending on experience Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Benefits : Medical, Dental Vision (50% covered for employee) 5 days Paid Vacation, 5 days PTO, 7 Paid Holidays, IRA w/ Company Match up to 3% Location: Fishersville, VA Required Qualifications: Must possess dispatching in HVAC or similar trade experience Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading skills Scheduling/Appointment setting experience Experience answering a multi-line telephone system Advanced customer service skills Highly proficient computer skills Works successfully in a fast-paced environment Prioritization and organizational skills Ability to multi-task High School diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check *****NO SMOKING ENVIRONMENT***** service, service dispatcher, dispatcher, customer service, scheduling, appointment scheduler, customer rep, admin, administrative assistant, administrative person, receptionist, hvac dispatcher, dispatch, technical, green company, team, coordinator, service coordinator, call scheduler, answer phones, service customers, team coordinator
