Key Responsibilities: Demonstrating expert knowledge of HVAC products and services. Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers. Available to handle sales calls (leads will be provided) weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays. Measure each home, scope the installation, and measure the sheet metal (if applicable). Discuss all equipment options and financing with the customer and provide a formal proposal. After closing the sale, create an install worksheet, and secure the necessary permits. Collaborate and meet with our installation teams at 7:30 AM start time for each job sold to ensure seamless project execution. After the installation, follow up with the customer, ensuring their satisfaction. Requirements: Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 5 years of HVAC sales experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clean driving record. Familiarity with Carrier equipment is a plus. System design and sizing experience to meet customer needs. Knowledge of new construction, retrofit, forced air, and Hydronics.
