The Job Responsibilities of this Sales Manager includes, but are not limited to: Conduct ride-along with home solution advisors. Conduct effective one-on-one meetings. Lead weekly team meetings. Hit daily revenue goals and targets and manage sales budgets. Set goals and KPI's for the team and develop performance improvement plans. Forecasting sales and creating sales plans and process Cascade information and uphold core values, ensuring alignment with and reinforcing company culture. Passionate about helping others. Goal-oriented Strong leadership skills Resolve customer and employee issues. Qualifications: Required Minimum of 3 years sales management experience Sales training experience Customer Service experience Proven success training and developing people. Preferred Management experience in the home services industry. 4-year degree HVAC Trade knowledge.
