This person will sell commercial HVAC products and services to customers of GSM Services. This person must be able to run loads, estimate, visit job sites, inspect and measure buildings, perform plan take-off, design commercial HVAC Systems. Responsibilities Estimate and sell Commercial HVAC negotiated, design/build, and plan and spec projects. Follow GSM Sales Process completely as designed and trained. Communicate and partner with Production Team and customers to assure proper customer service. Provide an ultimate customer experience to separate GSM Services from our competitors. Setup and schedule planning meetings with production leaders to expedite transfer of sold projects to project production. Meet individual gross margin goals as set by Commercial Sales Leader Maintain contact with customer and production team during installation phases of projects to ensure the ultimate customer experience is accomplished . Update bid log, back log and other tracking systems with accurate information to communicate with other partners in a timely manner. Gather submittal information as required to expedite projects in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Authority Sales Advisor is Responsible To: Meet or exceed building codes, mechanical design codes, and customer expectations during sales phase of projects. Meet or exceed quality and accuracy of standards of GSM Services during sales phase of a project. Follow the GSM Services Perfect Sales Call process fully on every call. Accurately estimate the costs associated with projects during the sales phase of a project . Requirements Minimum High School Diploma with extended technical education Excel, Word proficient Scheduling software Must be able to climb ladders and not be timid of heights Physical Demands To adequately perform the duties of this job the coworker is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, stoop, use hands to finger, handle controls; hear, and talk. The coworker frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The coworker must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (review and modify this weight as appropriate) .
