Profit sharing / Retirement bonus opportunities Tool program Competitive benefits, including 80 hours of PTO and 50% company paid medical coverage Job Title: HVAC/R Project Manager / Supervisor Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Pay Rate: $80,000 - $100,000. We pay based on experience Benefits: Medical 50% paid for by employer - Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield Vision Dental 80 hours of PTO 8 paid holidays Company Vehicle/ iPhone / iPad / Uniform 401K with Match Essential Functions: Supervise and delegate install technicians job plan, which includes setting jobs up for success and ensure daily plans are executed, this includes coordinating schedules, conducting staff meetings, supervising work assignments: assist with the dispatch function for our HVAC/R Technicians to ensure the appropriate technician is selected based on customer needs Coach and motivate technicians to work at their maximum productivity. P&L & labor management responsibility Reviews and reports on project work completed on a daily basis Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction Must know how to type and be comfortable with software (e.g., Microsoft Office, etc.) and hardware (e.g., smart phone, tablet, etc.) Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Pass background check & drug screen 5 + years related experience as a supervisor/manager within the HVAC industry Career long HVAC/R experience as an install technician EPA Universal Certification Experience in managing, coaching, and developing employees Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Computer skills required; MS Office, Company Service & Dispatch system Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goal of completing projects on time and on budget Strong communication skills Advanced customer service skills Professional phone skills HVAC Installation, Supervisor, lead installer, install supervisor, hvac installer, lead technician, experienced service technician, hvac service technician
