Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain HVAC equipment sold or serviced by our company and help maintain good long-term relationships with our customers. To ensure your success, we provide a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training . Are you a can-do HVAC Technician with a positive attitude? If so, please read on!The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month. Our HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician position offers a competitive salary of $40,000-$70,000/year including commissions and bonuses. We pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacation and holidays, and quarterly company events. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Maryland HVAC apprentice license Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing Availability for after-hours emergency service according to the on-call schedule Are you self-motivated and able to work independently?
