Currently, I am looking for Estimators, Sr Estimators and Project Managers on the Commercial HVAC side. These are large Commercial Projects. In addition, we have needs for Commercial HVAC Service Techs AND Residential HVAC Service Techs. I do have a need for a Supervisor, Manager type. Someone that can train under the Current Manager that will be moving on. Will become Division Manager role. Also, have a need for an HR Professional that has worked with larger number of employees for HVAC or GC. 500EE or more is best. I am offering sign-on bonuses to candidates that are placed on these roles and offering you referral bonuses for any candidates you refer to me that I can place with client.
