Responsibilities: Oversee all operational aspects of the residential HVAC division including sales, service, installation, and customer experience. Develop and manage the annual budget for the residential HVAC division, focusing on increasing revenue and profitability. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and service team to maximize their potential and performance. Ensure productive weekly training is conducted with a focus on skills practice for both technical and communication skill sets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization. Provide regular updates on performance to the President and Leadership Team. Monitor financial performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions aimed at improving margins. Assist with price book development/updates as necessary. Act as a liaison between the residential HVAC division and other departments within the company, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve overarching organizational goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices specifically related to residential HVAC operations. Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify growth opportunities, new markets, and emerging trends in the residential HVAC industry. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the residential HVAC industry, with at least five (5) years of experience in operations management. In-depth understanding of residential HVAC systems, processes, and industry best practices. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees to achieve their full potential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
