Woods Comfort Systems is looking for a New Construction Field Supervisor to join our growing team in San Marcos! Qualified candidates will have strong leadership skills, work well in a team environment, and want to lead a team to success. Primary Job Function: To manage the new construction installation operations of the company, including scheduling and dispatching crews, ordering and purchasing procurements. Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to the company schedule and requested lead-time. Oversee the training and efficiency of company installers. Pay: $20.00/hr or more DOE Benefits: Medical (employer covers 75%), Dental, Vision, Paid Vacation, and Paid Holidays. Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of relevant work experience Valid driver's license and insurance driving record Ability to pass a background check Current TDLR Ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to complete minor and major details after Rough-in & Trim outs Ability to Change Orders for Rough-In & Trim Outs Ability to braze/solder Own basic hand tools, including gauges, vacuum pump, and torches Knowledge of the geographical area Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Knowledge of city codes/specs/regulations HVAC Installation, Supervisor, lead installer, install supervisor, hvac installer, lead technician, experienced service technician, hvac service technician
