As an HVAC Mechanical Project Manager for CWP., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical projects from start to finish. The project size range is from 1 million to 5 million and up. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Responsibilities: Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Work closely with your team to ensure that they have the necessary materials, tools, and equipment to complete their tasks. Manage project risk, identifying potential issues and problem-solving. Ensure that projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Communicate with clients, providing progress updates, and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong teamwork skills Strong leadership Strong organizational skills Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail At least 8 years of experience in HVAC Mechanical Project Management This position is a Direct Hire!!
