Position Summary: This role is responsible for performing work in the refurbishment, repair, and maintenance of mobile MR/CT/NM/PET trailers and equipment; performs related work as assigned. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections on HVAC unit upon arrival of mobile trailer. Act on mechanical deficiencies found on 100-point check list. Run diagnostic tests on mobile HVAC units. . HVAC maintenance, service and repairs. Diagnoses, rebuilds and repairs mobile HVAC units. Maintain records and reports of maintenance, service and repairs. Refurbish mobile trailer systems. . Maintain a clean and healthy work environment. Performs inspections and preventive maintenance of in-house HVAC systems. Education: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Professional Skills/Abilities: Problem Solving/Analysis Technical Capacity Mechanical Experience Personal Qualities: Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and unwavering commitment. A proactive, hands-on strategic thinker who will be a team player with a positive and supportive attitude. Attention to detail, highly motivated. Able to work well with others in a friendly manner. Indicative Performance Measures Qualitative KPIs such as: Customer satisfaction. Promptness of response to users' request for support. Accuracy and report quality and meeting deadlines.
