We are currently looking for next Installer with a level 3 skill set to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will have 3 years of residential install experience with a good record of completing jobs efficiently and right the first time. If you are looking for a company where the high quality of your work will be appreciated and where there is room for growth and advancement then we'd like to hear from you! Pay Range: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs + Benefits Benefits: Health (70% employee / 50% family company paid), Dental, Vision, Paid vacation, Paid holidays, Phone, Uniform, Training, Retirement plan with company contribution, and Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 48 hours) Required Qualifications: 3 years of residential install experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Completion of HVAC training preferred Basic computer proficiency Great communication skills, friendly Willingness to sell add-ons NATE Certified is a plus HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
