S Support each other in a positive & encouraging way M Meet & exceed client needs & expectations A Always do what is right R Respect our client's homes & businesses T Treat team members and clients as if they were family Pay Range : $17-$20 DOE Benefits Include : Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401k with 4% Company Matching Health Savings Account with Employer Contribution Responsibilities : Act as a helper to the Lead HVAC Installer Excellent communication with homeowners Ability to help with the AC installation process and commissioning/start-up Blowing in insulation Manage project timelines and work scope Running and sealing flex ducts, cutting in new sheet metal boots, installing plenums, and up-sizing returns Being on time, reliable, and a team player daily! - be someone we can count on! Ability to keep track of tools and be well organized Be self-sufficient and willing to learn Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store! Maintain a professional appearance Follow safety protocols, and help with gas/CO testing on startup Help train and develop other team members Requirements : 1+ year HVAC experience EPA Certification, or willing to obtain Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code Driver's license with clean driving record, and ability to drive company vehicles a major plus Knowledge of building science principles a major plus, but not required; must be willing to learn Stellar mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mentality An awesome attitude and a great team player! apprentice, install, HVAC, labor, helper, construction, air conditioning, AC, A/C, heating, furnace, heat pump, entry level, installer, install job, entry level job
