HVAC Install Technician - 2+ Years Experience Location: Marmora, NJ Full Time: Monday-Friday with Emergency Service On-Call Schedule Salary: $40,000 - $65,000 including Benefits & Bonuses Benefits: Comprehensive Union Benefits Package including Full Family Coverage Health Insurance Pension Annuity Fund Education Fund All Major Holidays Paid Paid Time Off Paid Training Spiff Bonus Program Job Summary: To assist in the installation of heating and air conditioning systems up to company standards while providing the customer with a high quality experience. Reports to Installation Manager. Requirements: High school Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license. 2+ years HVAC experience in the field Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes. Follow directions as given, written and verbal. Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings. Safe use of ladders. Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES. Arrive on time daily. Dress in a workman like manner. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude Unloading/Stocking supplies and Equipment. Unloading/Loading truck. Cut & drill holes. Ability to fill out a daily timecard accurately. Be able to carry 50-100 pounds. Insulate duct and build platforms. Possesses both written and verbal English language skills. Demonstrate willingness and commitment to developing customer service skills Acquire EPA certification within 3 months of entering position Qualifications desired: Excellent verbal skills Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Well organized and ability to work independently Universal EPA Certification Certificate of Completion from a HVAC Technical School Insurable Driving Record Possess required tools
