YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC HELPER As an entry-level HVAC Helper, you have the crucial responsibility of assisting an HVAC installer or service technician throughout the day. You might wonder how your role as an assistant could be so important. First and foremost, you help provide excellent service to our customers, which is vital to our business. With your professional appearance and friendly demeanor, you help form great relationships with our clients, and that means they call us back again and again. Second, you are a great service to our technicians. Having you there is like suddenly growing a third and fourth hand-you're incredibly helpful to them. You assist with HVAC equipment installations, light servicing, and some shop maintenance. As you work, you listen carefully to your mentor, who trains you in all that you need to know. WHAT WE NEED IN AN HVAC HELPER High school diploma or equivalent Driver's license and a good driving record HVAC experience is preferred but not necessary. We will train you in this skilled trade!
