A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC DISPATCHER As an HVAC Dispatcher, you are the crucial link between our technicians and our clients. When clients call or email to schedule appointments, you receive their communications with a warm, professional attitude and help them determine how we can best meet their needs. Whether the client is a builder working on new construction or a homeowner who just needs some routine maintenance, you precisely determine the scope of work required so that you can appropriately allocate labor and resources. Once you've scheduled an appointment, you communicate all the pertinent information to the technicians who will be taking the job.
