A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC DISPATCHER In this dispatch position, you are vital to the success of our technicians! You work directly with our customers, cheerfully answering their calls and discussing their needs. Then, you book services, scheduling our heating and cooling technicians according to their availability. As you work, you make sure to keep an open line of communication with customers, technicians, and management. If there are delays, you keep the client updated. Additionally, you follow up with our customers after services are completed to ensure satisfaction. You love helping our clients live more comfortably! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC DISPATCHER 2+ years dispatching experience 1+ years professional phone experience Customer service skills Experience in the HVAC industry is preferred but not required. WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN HVAC DISPATCHER This customer service and dispatching position is full-time and has a different schedule depending on the season . During our off-season in the winter, the schedule is usually 7 AM - 5 PM . During our peak season from May to September, the typical schedule is 7 AM - 6 PM on weekdays and 9 AM - 4 PM on Saturdays .
