A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) In this customer care position, you play a huge role in the day-to-day operations of our company! Each day, you arrive at the office ready to answer every question and fix any issue our customers have. As phone calls come in, you promptly answer and actively listen to everything you're told, making sure every client feels heard and understood. You also place outgoing phone calls to customers to set up appointments, follow up on unsold jobs, and generate work for technicians. Organized and efficient, you also order parts, process warranties, and reach out to our maintenance agreement customers to set up their appointments. You love assisting our customers while helping our business succeed ! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) Excellent customer service skills Ability to professionally address customer issues and concerns HVAC experience would be a plus. Knowledge about ServiceTitan dispatch software would also be beneficial. Do you have a positive, go-getter attitude? Are you an exceptional communicator? Do you have great attention to detail? Can you easily keep multiple tasks on track? Do you have great phone etiquette? If yes, you might just be perfect for this customer care position!
