Primary Job Function : To assist with installations, maintenance, and service of heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customers with a high-quality experience. Work Hours : 40+ hours per week, flexible work schedule, Monday through Friday, on-call as needed Pay Rate : Up to $18 per hour depending on experience - We have the best incentive program in the state & pay for training!
