Available seasonally Profit Sharing Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with 4/10's available seasonally. Overtime available Benefits: Medical 75% paid by employer Dental & vison insurance Paid time off Company vehicle / uniform Profit sharing Education reimbursement We have an immediate opening for a HVAC Apprentice to join our team, someone looking to build a career in the HVAC industry. We are a Carrier factory-authorized dealer and provide company hand-on paid training, and dealer training for professional and person career growth! Position Summary: To install & service heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's License & insurable driving record Pass background check and drug screen EPA certification or acquire within 6 months of employment Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes including NATE Certifications Demonstrate mechanical aptitude Follow directions as given, written and verbal Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings & comply with ALL SAFETY RULES Safe use of ladders Understand how to use a tape measure Ability to cut & drill holes Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to carry 100 pounds with assistance Arrive on time daily Commitment to developing customer service skills Willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment Certificate of Completion from a HVAC Technical School desired Construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or similar industry experience desired
