Midwest Heating & Cooling is a quickly growing company in SE Wisconsin that services, maintains, and installs HVAC equipment for both commercial and residential clients. Our company was founded by two partners that have been in the HVAC industry for over 15 years. Check us out at https://midwesthvacpro.com/ We are now accepting applications for full-time, HVAC Apprentice for both our service and install team. Compensation: Up to $17.00/hr. What We Offer: Heath Insurance Dental Insurance Vision insurance 401K with company match/ 100% vested from day 1 PTO and Paid holidays Paid training and development Opportunities for advancement / promotions Install Apprentice Position Summary (6-week training in our Mukwonago office) Our Install Apprentices with go through training on the installation of heating and air conditioning systems. Service Technician Apprentice Position Summary (3-week training in our Mukwonago office) Our Service Technician Apprentices will go through training on how to service heating and air conditioning systems. Job Duties: Assist with servicing or installing residential heating and cooling equipment Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Purchase all required tools Follow directions from supervisor and/or dispatcher and complete in timely manner Communicate to dispatcher when arriving and leaving jobsite Perform all duties and interact with clients per company's standards Complete all required paperwork, forms, and invoices Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Must pass background and drug check Valid license and insurable driving record Desire to pursue a career in the HVACR Industry Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder Willingness to self-study and learn basic HVAC terminology Willingness to attend and successfully complete an accredited HVAC Course of study Willingness to pursue and obtain industry related credentials (EPA and NATE) Commitment to developing & using customer service skills Commitment to following all company policies and procedures
