Here's how a(n) Human Resources Student for our Orlando office contributes to our team: Responsibilities Assist with facilitation of the process for district’s student program; plan and organizes recruiting activities, including orientations, events, networking with colleges and universities, managing databases, and coordinating interviews. Provides support to HRPD team onboarding practices Provides additional administrative support to HRPD programs and policy administration Provides support on district-level projects/initiatives as assigned Assists with research and general administrative support Assists with the tracking of career management forms Provides support to employees and HRPD team Assists with coordination and administration of training, scheduling and tracking Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture Develops and maintains strong customer-focuses relationships with all stakeholders Scanning/filing Assist with DE&I and Culture Ambassador committee events/initiatives Other duties as required. Qualifications Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with various computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Able to proactively anticipate needs and follow-up items for the team Able to maintain strict confidentiality required of work assignments Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high-degree of accuracy and professionalism PCL is an innovative, employee-owned company comprised of people who find passion in their profession and take pride in doing great work every day.
