Employer: Braineer Academy Ltd. Position: Human Resources Officer Hourly Wage: $34Employment Type: Full time (35 hours per week)Job Responsibilities: • Understand the job requirements and responsibilities; create job descriptions and specifications; prepare and post job advertisements for the new positions. • Review resumes and applications, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews. • With the organization owner and daycare director, conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to backss the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and potential cultural fit to make hiring recommendations. • Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for the new hires. • Provide employees with the necessary training and development opportunities to help them perform their jobs effectively. • Develop and deliver training programs, identify external training opportunities, and track employee progress. • Ensure the organization complies with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance. Employment Requirement: • A college-level diploma in a related field is required, a university degree is preferred. • At least two years of working experience in Human Resources management is required.
