Position Overview: TrovaTal is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client's team. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and fostering a positive employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to the growth and success of a thriving cloud technology company. Responsibilities: Collaborate with managers to set performance expectations and goals. Implement a continuous feedback mechanism, encouraging ongoing performance discussions and annual reviews. Review and assess employee benefits packages, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. Support recruiting and hiring efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, source candidates, and facilitate the interview process. Develop a robust communication strategy for policy updates, ensuring employees are well-informed. Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvement. Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Minimum of 3-4 years of related HR management experience in a company with at least 150-200 employees. Thorough knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. Compensation: Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
