This is a full time position with in-person and remote work. Our HR Manager is responsible for oversight of a wide variety of projects that will require a lot of learning but also provide the opportunity to stand out and make a difference. HR Job Functions: Oversees payroll administration for W2 and 1099 employees Coordinates all health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k) benefit administration Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications Maintains employee handbook and org charts Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and sensitive matters to the appropriate staff Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations Monitors employment practices and decisions to ensure fair and ethical practices that foster effective employee relations, reduced turnover, and promote and maintain a high level of employee morale and harmonious environment Assists with projects and special assignments related to HR functions in support of the Company's strategic business objectives. Performs other duties as assigned by management Serves as the on-site point of contact for the Benefits Portal. Researches and resolves user and system issues in a timely manner Knowledge and Skill Requirements Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of relevant work experience Experience with payroll software (Paylocity is a plus) Leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Proficient use of technology especially MS Excel and GSuite Job Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Paid parental leave Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: Lehi, UT.
