We’re in search of a highly-motivated, people-friendly, organized human resources manager to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting new real estate agents. You will play a key role in strategic planning and business administration. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Full-Time position Monday - Friday 8-5pm, Part-Time position Monday-Friday 9-1pm. PLEASE specify if you are interested in FT or PT. Responsibilities:• Reach out to qualified candidates, and explain the benefits of being a part of our company• Set up interviews for senior management• Coordinate trainings and schedule for new realtors• Update new policy changes• Help maintain employee and sub-contractor records and files• Keep track of realtors continuing education Qualifications:• Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills• Citizenship - U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident• Submit to a background and medical screening• Entry-level position, no previous experience required• Education - HS Diploma, GED, GED equivalent, or higher education level completed• Possess leadership qualities Compensation: $31,000 About Company: Hands-on Training and Mentorship are huge when it comes to growing in our real estate business.
