Human Resources Training Services Position: Human Resources Instructor Place of performance: Training sessions shall be delivered virtually. Hours/schedule: five (5) virtual training sessions for each task between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR management or training and development At least 4 years of relevant experience in this position. Duties: The instructor will provide training on a variety of HR topics including: Federal Staffing and Placement Pay Setting – General Schedule Qualifications Analysis Processing Federal Personnel Actions Adjudicating and Applying Veterans Preference Federal Employee Benefits CSRS and FERS Retirement and Benefits Federal Human Resources Management for Supervisors and Managers Powered by JazzHR
