This recruiting position earns an hourly wage of $22-$25 per hour . MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - RECRUITER Some background in human resources whether it is education OR working experience Bilingual in English and Spanish A desire to be in HR Interpersonal skills OUR IDEAL HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - RECRUITER Construction knowledge or experience in the construction industry as an HR rep is a huge plus! THE DAY TO DAY FOR A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - RECRUITER As a Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter, you are an essential part of our operations as you help us recruit and retain great employees! You ensure that top talent is hired in a timely and effective manner according to company needs. You do this by performing phone interviews, conducting in-person interviews, doing hire paperwork, and helping with any other legal functions needed by the company. With your HR experience and skills, you also manage workers' compensation claims and auto claims. When needed, you assist with some onboarding, network setup, and exit interviews. You are a friendly and professional individual with who our staff feels comfortable approaching and communicating. As the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, you handle each and every issue and dispute with patience and understanding. WORK SCHEDULE Ensuring a good work-life balance, this full-time HR position typically works from 9 AM - 6 PM , Monday to Friday . There are no weekends!
