Under the direction of the Senior Director of CMHC, Crisis, Prescriber Relations, and Residential Services, the HR Data Analyst will be passionate about the business of "making life better" for our team members and the clients we serve. In this role you will: Identify and assist in resolving HR-related issues, ensuring adherence to HR policies and organizational values Analyze and evaluate HR data reports Use data visualization techniques to create and deliver specialized presentations Inform and explain solutions in user-friendly language to leaders to advise on HR improvements to meet business needs Identify opportunities for improvement in turnover, incident reduction, training effectiveness, error identification Provide recommendations and solutions related to workforce and strategic planning You will need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, Two (2) or three (3) years of experience as an HR generalist or compliance, HRIS experience; preferably with Ceridian Dayforce or a similar system, Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and provide guidance to leadership based on data interpretation, Advanced Microsoft Suite skills Acceptable background check Must pass a drug screen Acceptable references Fully Covid-19 vaccinated Additional Information: The Application Process All qualified applicants will be considered This position is subject to close once a satisfactory candidate pool has been identified.
