We are looking for someone who has experience in, and loves working in a high-paced environment; this is a vibrant operation and, as such, needs a professional with a personality to match. As the HRBP, you will be aligning the objectives for the business with your personnel and acting as the middle person between the staff and management; you will be integrating HR policy and keeping abreast of the latest legislation changes. In summary Implement the HR Strategy Develop strong and trusting relationships with the HR team, staff and Executives Advise and guide Department heads and managers on employee relations issues. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Supporting with inductions, delivery of parts of our management development programmes and Advising on the development of teams and individuals Advise and support with a variety of ER issues, supporting managers in managing performance, Being aware of our rewards strategy, including bonus schemes To attend all departmental meetings, briefings & internal or external training sessions as required. To ensure maximum efficiency; employees are engaged on the basis that they must beprepared to undertake reasonable duties other than those for which they have been specifically engaged. Take control of the change process Collaborate closely with Senior management and staff Oversee staff development programs Manage employee retention and recruitment You will need to have Fluency in Dutch and English required Excellent understanding of Dutch employment law2-3 years of HR experience, in a similar position Ability to develop strong relationships.
