All Roads Lead Here Human Resource Administrator (Belmont, NH) What you will do: : Play an instrumental role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.: Collaborate with HR and front:line hiring managers to identify staffing needs.: Manage the end:to:end recruitment process including sourcing, screening and onboarding. : Supervise employee file maintenance and ensure compliance with record retention policies: Actively participate in new hire orientations in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.: Work in a fast:paced, high:functioning, fun team environment.
