A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION/PAYROLL SPECIALIST - ISOLVED As a Human Capital Management Implementation/Payroll Specialist - isolved, you play a key role in our human resources outsourcing organization. Well-versed in the use of our HCM platform, isolved, you build out the client experience and get our clients up to speed on its capabilities. Each day, you assist clients who require various types of customer support. For those who are just getting started, you are an invaluable help as you walk them through the process of building their isolved portal. Others need you to train them on the ins and outs of the platform, including payroll, time, attendance, tax setups, onboarding, PTO, and other add-on modules. A teacher at heart, you provide thorough explanations while also creating a positive rapport with our clients. Because of your excellent customer service skills, they come to trust you as someone they can turn to whenever they have questions. You feel great knowing that behind each of your clients is a company full of employees who are benefitting from your help. That's an amazing feeling, and it's the reason you can't wait to come to work every day! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST - ISOLVED Four-year degree with 3+ years of experience as an HCM specialist OR an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with the isolved HCM platform Experience processing payroll for multiple clients Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Prior experience with a professional employer organization (PEO) or human resources outsourcing organization is strongly preferred. Can you communicate well, both verbally and in writing? Are you a problem solver with the ability to think analytically and critically? Do you have a true desire to help people and to build a rapport with our clients? Are you attentive to detail? If yes, you might just be perfect for this customer support position!
