As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems. Position Summary: The Global Time Specialist, SAP is a key member of the Global HRIS team. This role collaborates with HRIS, HR, Finance, and IT colleagues from around the world – including Canada, USA, Chile, Brazil, Colombia, South Africa, India, Germany and Australia – to facilitate time administration for Hatch. Responsibilities: In collaboration with colleagues from all Hatch functions and geographies, you will ensure that our SAP CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) system is set up to optimally enable all time-related processes, including time entry and approval, quota calculations, holiday calendars, data auditing, new business acquisitions, and geographic expansion. You will: Understand all aspects of Hatch’s time processes and system. Lead discussions with HR and business partners from all countries and sectors to elicit, analyze, document and validate Time and Quota rules and related business requirements.
