Description:
Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations; Partner with leaders to set and develop hiring strategies and achieve annual hiring goals; Deliver both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to employees and managers in the areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, learning and development, and ad hoc projects as necessary; Evaluate, manage, and reconcile data with an emphasis on accurate and appropriate interpretation of data and the identification of potential issues and corresponding solutions; Prepare and maintain employment records related to events, including hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software; Design and modify health & welfare plans as well as qualified retirement plans for the company; Inform job applicants of details including duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities; Take responsibility for annual open enrollment, including communication approach leadership, employee meetings, human resource and information solution set-up, etc.; Develop and maintain all compensation and benefit plan documents/summary plan descriptions (SPDs); Assess development needs and coordinate suitable training solutions for employees of all levels; Use performance measurement tools, including MBO, SMART, and OKR, to choose best practices to ensure high employee performance; Design, develop, and implement leadership development programs that result in positive behavior change and growth in leadership competencies; Develop reports that track progress of employees through various training initiatives and make suggestions for improving work procedures; Develop presentation topics related to developments in employment labor including ADA, FMLA, etc. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Administrative Studies, or closely related field, or foreign equivalent.
