Michigan Ave, Chicago, ILHybrid: Tuesday thru Thursday in office Monday and Friday RemoteTimeframe: 10 weeks beginning June 4 thru August 10 Job Description: As an HR Solutions Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the VP of HR Solutions in various aspects of HR project management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands:on experience in HR. This is a project:based internship, with leadership development workshops, Chicago outings and networking opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement.- Collaborate with different teams to simplify HR procedures.- Assist in managing HR projects from start to finish.- Build relationships with senior leaders and department heads.- Ensure clear communication plans for HR initiatives.- Track project progress against established goals.- Partner with colleagues for best practices.- Take on other assigned tasks. Qualifications: - Must be enrolled in a college/university or technical program to receive college credit- Passion for hospitality, food, and sports- Collaborative work style- Excellent communication skills- Strong analytical and problem:solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Professionalism in dealing with senior leadership.- Self:motivated and eager to learn.- Good multitasking and time management skills.- Interest in diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
