We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our team members. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with top management to drive strategic HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the overall success of our firm. Responsibilities:• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the firm’s goals and values• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)• SHRM certification or equivalent highly desirable• 3 years of progressive HR experience• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change Compensation: $70,000 depending on experience About Company: Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity for professional growth and developmentSupportive and collaborative work culture Join Us: If you’re passionate about HR and eager to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic legal environment, we’d love to hear from you.
