JOB SUMMARY The Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for administrating and tracking training compliance including but not limited to, new employee orientation, new supervisory training, and agency training in the learning management system (LMS). The Talent Management Specialist will assist in all recruiting efforts by developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
