The Learning Lamp is looking for a summer intern in our Human Resources Department. The HR Intern will work closely with the HR Department under the supervision of the Director of Human Resources to gain knowledge and experience in the various aspects of daily Human Resources operations. The HR Intern will gain experience in Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Talent Management, and much more. Successful candidates will be enrolled in a business, human resources or non-profit management program. This position is 30-40 hours per week for about 12 weeks with a flexible schedule, including start and end date. Payment for the position is $10 per hour.
