HR Analyst Millennium Physician Group Fort Myers, FL Work from Home Flexibility The HR Analyst will serve as a vital member of our Human Resource team. This position will help manage, plan and administer HR related reports including recruitment, employee management, turnover, and special projects as needed. This position will also provide HR reporting support to all departments. In addition, this role will maintain HR data integrity by analyzing audit reports; compiling and manipulating data to create an array of reports and spreadsheets that inform decision-making; relaying employee information, as needed, and providing administrative support to key HR initiatives. This individual will also be responsible for other data reporting and analysis as assigned. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Must maintain utmost confidentiality at all times Maintain all standard HR system reports and ensure all reports are published regularly specific to functions within recruitment, employee management, etc. Analyze and Report HRIS Data. Gather HRIS data using built-in reporting tools or running SQL queries. Perform data analysis to ensure the system properly records specific metrics, such as HR recruitment results, employee turnover, etc. Define report specifications and initiate report enhancements as required, including ad-hoc requests Report and troubleshoot production issues, provide analysis and suggest resolutions Work with IT on system changes and ensure deliverables meet deadlines. Work with IT, HR systems vendors, etc. to modify custom reports, develop new custom reports, create/update custom processes, and/or develop new system interfaces. Perform continuous data audits to ensure highest level of data integrity exists; establish data format standards and apply throughout systems. Comply with data security, Internal Audit and HRIS/HCM System requirements in support to Human Resources. Maintain personal knowledge of all systems through self-training, certifications, seminars, and other educational means. Perform other job-related functions as assigned. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field A minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Analyst position Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations Practical experience with HR database administration; including but not limited to HRIS/HCM Systems PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience with ADP Workforce Now Experience creating dashboards with Excel and/or Smartsheet Experience with implementing new HRIS/HCM or other HR systems BI Reporting experience QUALIFICATIONS: Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to excel Must have strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline Must have excellent written and oral communication skills Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet and computer aptitude Necessary working knowledge of software development and database design processes to recommend, design and oversee the delivery of system enhancements Ability to multi-task by solving problems, taking initiative, and providing recommendations for improvement Strong analytical/diagnostic skills and attention to detail is required Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities Please review the full job description for more details about this exciting opportunity.
