Our client is currently seeking a human resources Generalist in the Scranton, PA areaRESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate with HR Manager on all Core Policies Recruitment, hiring and approved termination process for all employees Benefit enrollment and termination forms. Payroll Administration & E-Time Time keeping Leaves FMLA, Oregon and Personal Worker Compensation - Reporting & handling of cases, OSHA.**Must be self directed, capable of troubleshooting HR issues and providing professional level HR work results with the HR Manager s instruction.**POSITION REQUIREMENTS:1. BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university not required, but a plus2. Job-related experience: 2+ years' HR Generalist experience3. Technical knowledge and skills: Microsoft Office).
