Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Director.This job will have the following responsibilities:Support and drive culture change throughout the locations.Communicate benefits and services programs properly to employees.Encourages employees to utilize improvements through the use of technologyLead retention programs and establish recruitment strategies, training and placement for employees.Assist leadership in educating their staff about employee safety, health and securityCoach Managers on handling HR issues with personnelRequirements/Skills:Culture Change experience is a mustBachelor's Degree is requiredExperience in a retail environmentExperience with commission based employee compensation programsExperience with multiple sites3-5 years of human resources management experience with a minimum of 8-10 years of HR experienceOpen to travel approximately 25%Excellent compensation package including annual bonus and LTI, solid benefits and relocation assistance if needed.UI865241
