Human Resource Coordinator/Recruiter– Greenbelt, MDOur organization has an immediate opening for a Human Resource Coordinator who is an energetic, enthusiastic individual who can work from our Maryland office 4 days a week. The position requires the individual to oversee all aspects of human resources activities, especially Immigration. This position will maintain responsibility for a wide variety of HR-related functions. Primary duties include coordinating with Immigration attorneys, managing various visa petitions and GC processing, onboarding employees, responding timely and addressing all employee grievances, handling all employee communications and employee relations, compensation planning, performance evaluation/management, and ensure all documents are in compliance with federal and state regulations.Ideal candidate is someone who possesses excellent communication skills, someone who enjoys interacting with people a lot and has the ability to work with little directions. Understanding of the Information Technology staffing industry is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
