HR Coordinator required for a long-established company based in Gibraltar, dedicated to delivering exceptional products/services. As the HR Coordinator you will manage day to day HR responsibilities as well as payroll and tax processes at the Income Tax Office and ETB. You will play a pivotal role in managing the HR function including outsourced payroll which will be brought inhouse and tax functions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency with the ETB. You will work closely with the management team to provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Keep abreast of tax laws and regulations, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
